The tenant provides the landlord with notice of the tenant’s intention to abandon the property, and the landlord accepts the surrender of the property;\n2. The landlord rents the property to another tenant;\n3. The property is deemed to be abandoned pursuant to NRS 118.195;\n4. The rental agreement is terminated by court order or pursuant to the provisions of chapter 118A of NRS; or\n5.
