The landlord shall deliver to:\n(a) Each new tenant a copy of the current text of the provisions of this chapter with the rental agreement at the time the tenant signs the agreement.\n(b) Each tenant a copy of each provision of this chapter which is added, amended or repealed within 180 days after the provision becomes effective.\n2.
