Every branch office must be operated under the supervision of a real estate broker or real estate broker-salesperson who is licensed pursuant to chapter 645 of NRS and who has had at least 2 years of experience as an active real estate broker or real estate broker-salesperson in the United States.\n2. The project broker or time-share resale broker is responsible for each branch office which he or she operates.\n3. If the location of the branch office does not permit a project broker or a time-share resale broker to exercise direct supervision of a branch office, a real estate broker-salesperson shall directly supervise the branch office.\n4.
