It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of, act in the capacity of, advertise or assume to act as a:\n(a) Project broker, a person who is licensed pursuant to chapter 645 of NRS or a time-share resale broker within the State of Nevada without first obtaining a license from the Division pursuant to chapter 645 of NRS.\n(b) Sales agent for a project broker within the State of Nevada without first obtaining a license from the Division pursuant to NRS 119A.210, unless he or she is licensed as a real estate salesperson pursuant to chapter 645 of NRS.\n(c) Representative, manager or time-share resale broker within the State of Nevada without first registering with the Division.\n2.
