The provisions of this chapter do not apply to:\n(a) An offering subject and registered pursuant to the provisions of chapter 119 of NRS;\n(b) An offering subject and registered pursuant to the provisions of chapter 119A of NRS;\n(c) An offer, sale or transfer by any one person of no more than one membership in a campground in any 12 months;\n(d) An offer or sale by a government or governmental agency; or\n(e) A bona fide pledge of a membership in a campground.\n2.
