Each developer shall pay an additional fee for each membership the developer sells in a campground in which more than 50 memberships are available pursuant to the following schedule:\nAmount to be\nNumber of memberships paid per membership\n51—250 $5.00\n251—500 4.00\n501—750 3.00\n751—1500 2.50\nover 1500 1.00\n3.
