Identifying a child for adoption and arranging an adoption;\n2. Securing a specific consent to adoption, relinquishment or termination of parental rights;\n3. Performing a home study on a prospective adoptive parent and reporting on the home study;\n4. Making a determination of the best interest of the child and the appropriateness of an adoptive placement for the child;\n5. Conducting post-placement monitoring of a case until final adoption; or\n6.
