Each agency which provides child welfare services that, pursuant to NRS 127B.250, accepts a relinquishment shall make all necessary inquiries to determine whether the child is an Indian child. If it is determined that the child is an Indian child and that the child is a ward of a tribal court, resides on a reservation or is domiciled on a reservation, the agency which provides child welfare services shall so notify the child’s tribe in writing.\n2. The Division shall adopt regulations establishing reasonable and uniform standards for making the necessary inquiries to determine whether a child is an Indian child.\n3.
