Except as otherwise provided in chapter 125E of NRS and NRS 127C.330, 127C.450, 127C.510, 127C.520 and 127C.530, a child of whom this State:\n(a) Is the home state on the date of the commencement of the proceeding; or\n(b) Was the home state within 6 months before the commencement of the proceeding,\nÊ may not be adopted except upon an order of a district court in this State.\n2.
