A prospective adoptive parent who is subject to an investigation by the child-placing agency must submit as part of the investigation a complete set of fingerprints and written permission authorizing the child-placing agency to forward those fingerprints to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.\n2. The child-placing agency may exchange with the Central Repository or the Federal Bureau of Investigation any information respecting the fingerprints submitted.\n3. When a report from the Federal Bureau of Investigation is received by the Central Repository, it shall immediately forward a copy of the report to the child-placing agency that submitted the fingerprints.\n4.
