The personal representative who has limited authority or full authority has the power to manage and control property of the estate, including making allocations and determinations pursuant to NRS 164.780 to 164.925, inclusive. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, such a personal representative may exercise this power without giving notice of the proposed action pursuant to NRS 143.700 to 143.760, inclusive.\n2.
