In a case where notice of a proposed action is required by NRS 143.700 to 143.760, inclusive, the court, in its discretion, may remove the personal representative from office unless the personal representative:\n(a) Gives notice of the proposed action as provided in NRS 143.700 to 143.760, inclusive;\n(b) Obtains a waiver of notice of the proposed action as provided in NRS 143.700 to 143.760, inclusive; or\n(c) Obtains a consent to the proposed action as provided in NRS 143.700 to 143.760, inclusive.\n2.
