The person’s spouse;\n2. A relative of the person within the third degree of consanguinity;\n3. A co-owner of a business with the person;\n4. An employee of a business if the person:\n(a) Has an ownership interest in the business; or\n(b) Holds a supervisory position with the business;\n5. An attorney or employee of a law firm for which the person is or was a client;\n6. The spouse of any person described in subsections 2 to 5, inclusive; and\n7.
