In a proceeding involving the estate of a decedent or a testamentary trust, the court has jurisdiction over the assets of the estate or trust as a proceeding in rem.\n2. In addition to any other basis for claiming jurisdiction over a person, the court has personal jurisdiction over each person:\n(a) Who is appointed as a personal representative by the court;\n(b) Whose appointment as a trustee is confirmed by the court;\n(c) Who files with the court a petition, a motion, other than a motion for dismissal for lack of jurisdiction, an objection or a joinder to a petition or motion;\n(d) Who makes an appearance at a hearing of a proceeding involving the estate of a decedent or a testamentary trust, unless the appearance is made solely for the purpose of objecting to the jurisdiction of the court; or\n(e) Who is a party to a proceeding commenced by a petition filed pursuant to NRS 153.031 if notice is given pursuant to NRS 155.010.\n3.
