In order for a person to serve as a private professional guardian, the person must be:\n(a) A natural person who is a certified guardian and is employed by an entity that is licensed pursuant to chapter 628B of NRS, unless the entity is not required to have such a license pursuant to subsection 2; or\n(b) An entity that:\n(1) Is qualified to serve as a guardian pursuant to NRS 159.0613;\n(2) Has a license issued pursuant to chapter 628B of NRS, unless the entity is not required to have such a license pursuant to subsection 2; and\n(3) Has a private professional guardian who meets the requirements set forth in paragraph (a) involved in the day-to-day operation or management of the entity.\n2. An entity that wishes to serve as a private professional guardian is not required to have a license issued pursuant to chapter 628B of NRS if the entity is exempt from the requirement to have such a license pursuant to NRS 628B.110.\n3.
