The guardian has the burden of proof if he or she:\n(a) Petitions the court to restrict the ability of a relative or person of natural affection to communicate, visit or interact with a protected person pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 159.333;\n(b) Petitions the court to modify or rescind an order pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 159.333; or\n(c) Opposes a petition filed pursuant to NRS 159.335.\n2.
