Subject to subsection 2, in an order appointing a guardian or in any order thereafter, the court may award rights of visitation between a protected minor and his or her parents, relatives who are within the fourth degree of consanguinity or fictive kin.\n2. If an order described in subsection 1 limits the visitation between the protected minor and a parent, the order must set forth with specificity findings of fact as to why the limitation is necessary to protect the physical and emotional well-being of the protected minor.\n3.
