Petitions to secure court approval of any lease:\n(a) Must include the parcel number assigned to the property to be leased and the physical address of the property, if any; and\n(b) Must set forth the proposed fixed rental, the duration of the lease and a brief description of the duties of the proposed lessor and lessee.\n2.
