The following persons may petition the court to have a guardian removed:\n(a) The protected minor;\n(b) Any relative who is within the second degree of consanguinity to the protected minor;\n(c) Any attorney of the protected minor;\n(d) An agency which provides child welfare services; or\n(e) Any other interested person.\n2. The petition must:\n(a) State with particularity the reasons for removing the guardian; and\n(b) Show cause for the removal.\n3. If the court denies the petition for removal, the petitioner shall not file a subsequent petition unless a material change of circumstances warrants a subsequent petition.\n4.
