The failure of the transferor to comply with the provisions of NRS 167.030 concerning possession and control;\n2. The designation of an ineligible custodian, except the designation of the transferor in the case of property for which the transferor is ineligible to serve as custodian under subsection 1 of NRS 167.030; or\n3.
