{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-176.125","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 176.125","heading":"Entry of judgment of conviction; what papers constitute record of action.","body":"When judgment upon a conviction is rendered, the clerk shall, within 5 days, annex together and file the following papers, which shall constitute the record of the action:\n1. A copy of the minutes of any challenge which may have been interposed by the defendant to the panel of the grand jury, or to any individual grand juror, and the proceedings thereon.\n2. The indictment or information and a copy of the minutes of the plea.\n3. A copy of the minutes of any challenge which may have been interposed to any juror, and the proceedings thereon.\n4. A copy of the minutes of the trial.\n5. A copy of the judgment.\n6. The decision of the court upon matters of law deemed excepted to, if such decision is in writing, and a copy of the minutes showing any decision deemed excepted to.\n7. Any written charges given or refused by the court, with the endorsements thereon.\n8.
