{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-176.485","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 176.485","heading":"Costs of investigations borne by State; manner of payment.","body":"The costs and expenses of the investigations provided in NRS 176.415 to 176.475, inclusive, must be borne by the State and paid in the following manner: The costs and expenses of an investigation must first be paid by county warrants drawn upon the order of the district judge. The county clerk shall then present a claim to the State Board of Examiners for the amount of such costs and expenses so ordered paid by the district judge.
