If a surety fails to:\n(a) Provide the facilities or equipment required by paragraph (a) of subsection 2 of NRS 176A.310; or\n(b) Notify the court pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 2 of NRS 176A.310 of a violation of or a failure to fulfill a condition of a program of probation by a probationer,\nÊ the surety shall pay a penalty of $15,000 to the court in addition to any other penalty imposed by law.\n2.
