As a condition of probation, the court may order a defendant who is convicted of a violation of chapter 574 of NRS that is punishable as a felony, gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor to:\n(a) Submit to a psychiatric evaluation; and\n(b) Participate in any counseling, therapy, rehabilitative program or educational program recommended in the evaluation.\n2.
