Whenever a person is admitted to bail in a Justice Court and the bail is put in by a written undertaking, the clerk of the Justice Court shall record:\n(a) The name of the defendant;\n(b) The names of the sureties;\n(c) The amount of the bond;\n(d) The name of the court;\n(e) The number of the case; and\n(f) Such other information as is reasonably necessary to complete the record.\n2.
