Whenever a person is admitted to bail by the Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court, a judge of the Court of Appeals or a justice of the Supreme Court, the Clerk of the Supreme Court shall record:\n(a) The name of the defendant;\n(b) The names of the sureties;\n(c) The amount of the bond; and\n(d) The case number.\n2.
