{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-178a.090","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 178A.090","heading":"“Law enforcement official” defined.","body":"1. “Law enforcement official” means:\n(a) Any person employed by a law enforcement agency; or\n(b) Any person employed by a public school, private school or institution of higher education whose primary duty is to enforce the law.\n2.
