It is unlawful for an officer or employee of a court or law enforcement agency, having knowledge that a person authorized to make a search or seizure has been authorized or is applying for authorization to make a search or seizure, to give notice or attempt to give notice of the possible search or seizure to any person with the intent to obstruct a judicial proceeding or a criminal investigation.\n2.
