The Supreme Court may appoint a Librarian, who shall serve at the pleasure of the Supreme Court.\n2. The Supreme Court Law Librarian, with the approval of the Supreme Court, may, within the limits of legislative appropriations, employ such personnel as the execution of the Librarian’s duties and the maintenance and operation of the Library may require.\n3.
