Upon written request of the alleged victim, the prosecuting attorney in any trial brought against a person on a charge of sexual assault shall timely inform the alleged victim of:\n(a) Any pretrial disposition of the case;\n(b) The final disposition of the case; and\n(c) Information from the record of registration pursuant to NRS 179D.151 regarding the defendant, if applicable.\n2.
