It is unlawful for a person to sell, offer to sell, or otherwise make available, without the authority of the lawful holder:\n(a) A number on a telephone calling card;\n(b) A personal identification number for use of a telephone calling card;\n(c) An account number; or\n(d) Any other code or number,\nÊ that can be used to obtain telephone service.\n2.
