If a person intentionally causes property damage to a retail establishment during the commission of a theft offense and the aggregate value of the amount involved in the theft or property damage, or any combination thereof, is $750 or more, the person is guilty of a category C felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.\n2. As used in this section:\n(a) “Retail establishment” means an establishment that sells goods or merchandise from a fixed location for direct consumption by a purchaser.
