It is unlawful for any person to:\n(a) Counterfeit or forge or attempt to counterfeit or forge a registry identification card or letter of approval; or\n(b) Have in his or her possession with the intent to use any counterfeit or forged registry identification card or letter of approval.\n2. Any person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 is guilty of a category E felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.\n3.
