Except as otherwise provided by law, by order of the court or by regulations of the Department, the Director shall allow a prisoner to maintain contact with a child of the prisoner who has been placed with someone other than a parent of the child if the child is willing to maintain such contact. Any such contact must be in accordance with regulations adopted by the Department.\n2.
