The Director or a person designated by the Director may remove an offender from a program of treatment for offenders with substance use or co-occurring disorders or a program of aftercare, temporarily or permanently, for any lawful reason or purpose.\n2. The Director may impose conditions on the participation of an offender in a program of treatment for offenders with substance use or co-occurring disorders or a program of aftercare and may establish sanctions and incentives relating to participation in a program of treatment for offenders with substance use or co-occurring disorders or a program of aftercare.\n3.
