The Board shall compile and maintain detailed information concerning all decisions regarding parole. The information must include, but is not limited to:\n(a) The Board’s reasons for each decision to grant, deny, revoke or continue parole.\n(b) The number of decisions made by the Board granting parole, denying parole, revoking parole and continuing parole.\n2.
