The Board may establish and maintain a list of persons eligible to serve as case hearing representatives in the manner provided by NRS 213.133.\n2. Each member on the list of persons eligible to serve as a case hearing representative must have at least:\n(a) A bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, sociology, psychology, social work, law or the administration of correctional or rehabilitative facilities and programs and not less than 3 years of experience in one or several of those fields; or\n(b) Six years of experience in one or several of the fields specified in paragraph (a).\n3.
