{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-218e.270","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 218E.270","heading":"Special committee to receive Governor’s message on condition of State.","body":"If the Governor elects to communicate the message required pursuant to Section 10 of Article 5 of the Nevada Constitution before the commencement of a regular session, the Chair of the Legislative Commission may, on behalf of the Legislative Commission pursuant to NRS 218E.200, appoint a special committee to receive that message. A special committee appointed pursuant to this section:\n1. Must consist of all persons elected or appointed to serve as Legislators during the next regular session.\n2. Must be chaired by the Speaker designate of the Assembly.\n3.
