{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-218h.065","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 218H.065","heading":"“Immediate family” defined.","body":"1. “Immediate family,” with regard to a specific person, means:\n(a) The spouse or domestic partner of the person;\n(b) A relative who lives in the same home or dwelling as the person; or\n(c) A relative who does not live in the same home or dwelling as the person but who is dependent on and receiving substantial support from the person.\n2.
