The Director shall:\n(a) Inspect each statement and report filed within 10 days after its filing.\n(b) Immediately notify the person who has filed:\n(1) If the information filed does not conform to law.\n(2) If a written complaint has been filed with the Director by any person alleging an irregularity or lack of truth as to the information filed.\n2.
