A Commissioner who served pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 219.020, except for a Commissioner who served pursuant to paragraph (b) of that subsection, may continue to serve or resume the Commissioner’s service as a Commissioner if the Commissioner:\n(a) Is licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada;\n(b) Is a resident of Nevada; and\n(c) Notifies the Legislative Counsel of the Commissioner’s intention to serve as a Commissioner.\n2.
