The number and purpose of grant requests received from state agencies, local agencies, tribal governments and nonprofit organizations;\n2. The number and purpose of grant requests approved and the amount of money awarded from the Grant Matching Account created by NRS 223.492 to each approved grant request applicant; and\n3.
