The report must include:\n1. An exhibit showing in detail all expenditures made by the Secretary of State or under the direction of the Secretary of State during the biennium ending June 30 of that even-numbered year;\n2. An accounting of all money received by the Secretary of State from whatever source and the disposition made of the money during that biennium; and\n3.
