The Office of Ombudsman for Victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Human Trafficking is hereby created within the Office of the Attorney General.\n2. The Attorney General shall appoint a person to serve in the position of Ombudsman for a term of 4 years. The person so appointed:\n(a) Must be knowledgeable about the legal and societal aspects of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking;\n(b) Is in the unclassified service of the State; and\n(c) Is not required to be an attorney.\n3.
