The Office may charge such fees for:\n(a) Materials prepared for distribution by the Office;\n(b) Advertising in materials prepared by the Office; and\n(c) Services performed by the Office on behalf of others, such as the procurement of permits,\nÊ as it deems necessary to support the activities of the Office.\n2.
