Establish divisional goals, objectives and priorities.\n2. Prepare the Division’s budget, legislative proposals, contracts, agreements and applications for federal assistance.\n3. Coordinate divisional programs with other departments and other levels of government.\n4. From time to time adopt such regulations as the Administrator deems necessary for the administration of the Division.\n5.
