{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-239c.110","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 239C.110","heading":"“Utility” defined.","body":"1. “Utility” means any public or private entity that:\n(a) Provides water service, wastewater service, electric service or natural gas service to 500 or more service locations; or\n(b) Operates any pipeline that is necessary to provide such service.\n2.
