A registrant required to obtain a state business license issued by the Secretary of State pursuant to chapter 76 of NRS shall:\n(a) Obtain a state business license before offering a document preparation service; and\n(b) Maintain a state business license during the period of the registrant’s registration as a document preparation service.\n2.
