Establish partnerships with:\n(a) Local governments;\n(b) The Nevada System of Higher Education; and\n(c) Private entities, to the extent practicable,\nÊ to encourage the development of strategies to prepare for and mitigate risks to, and otherwise protect, the security of information systems that are operated or maintained by a public or private entity in this State.\n2. Establish partnerships to assist and receive assistance from local governments and appropriate agencies of the Federal Government regarding the development of strategies to prepare for and mitigate risks to, and otherwise protect, the security of information systems.\n3. Consult with the Office of Emergency Management of the Office of the Governor regarding the development of strategies to prepare for and mitigate risks to, and otherwise protect, the security of information systems.\n4.
