Each board of county commissioners may, to protect the health and safety of the public, enact an ordinance which regulates the time, place and manner of the operation of:\n(a) An electric personal assistive mobility device; or\n(b) A vehicle operating pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (c) of subsection 2 of NRS 484B.117,\nÊ in the county, including, without limitation, by prohibiting the use of an electric personal assistive mobility device or a vehicle specified in paragraph (b) in a specified area of the county.\n2.
